Do you have a store location?
Yes! Our store is located inside Alpha Gamma Delta International Headquarters at 8704 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46260. You can shop with us Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed between Monday and Friday before noon ET will be processed within 48 hours. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be processed the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered business days.
When will my order arrive?
Orders using the ground shipping selection will arrive 8 to 10 days after the day they were placed. Faster delivery options are noted at checkout for an additional fee. We also offer an in store pick up option for customers in the Indianapolis area. Orders will be available for pick up within 24 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you ship to Canada?
Of course! Additional shipping rates and wait times are applicable. Additional import fees and taxes can be incurred at Customs.
What method of payment do you accept?
Online: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
*Please note, we do not currently accept ApplePay.
In store: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.
Traveling Boutique: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and cash if prior arrangements have been made.
Chapter Orders: Chapters can be invoiced for bulk orders.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! We can create custom designs, but they are only for bulk orders. Minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Custom orders do not include Piko brand merchandise. If you have an idea or you want to create from scratch, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include a description or example of your design, the quantity, sizes and date you will need it in your email.
Can I place a bulk order?
Definitely! Some of the items you see online can be customized with your chapter or event information. Email us at email@example.com with the name of the item you like, the quantity, sizes and date you will need it.
How can I get the Alpha Gam Boutique to come to my chapter or event?

Does my purchase benefit Alpha Gamma Delta?
All proceeds generated by the Alpha Gam Boutique support Alpha Gamma Delta International Fraternity.
How do I know what size to buy?
We carry several different brands which can all fit differently. See the list below to view our most common styles.
- American Apparel: 100 percent cotton unless otherwise noted. Shirts may shrink a small amount on first wash/dry. Please follow the care instructions on the label.
- Bella + Canvas: 100 percent combed and ring-spun cotton and fine-gage threads for the softest wear.
- Comfort Colors: 100 percent cotton, garment dyed shirts. Garment dyed means that each shirt was constructed and then dyed to be the color you receive. This gives them extra softness and that “worn in” look. Also, this means that colors may bleed when washed. To help with this, we suggest washing your shirt separate from other items the first time. Also, to help seal the color, you can wash the shirt in the washing machine and use 1 cup vinegar and ½ cup salt. Do not use laundry detergent when doing this. Some fading may occur when washing. After first wash, please follow the care instructions on the label.
- Gildan: Poly cotton blend, less likely to shrink. Please follow the care instructions on label.
What is your return policy?
If your order was placed within the last 30 days, it can be returned in its original condition. You may return any regular priced merchandise for an exchange. The Alpha Gam Boutique must receive the item(s) within 30 days from the time the original order was received. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. We will gladly exchange sale merchandise for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Custom orders are non-returnable. Please contact email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the original order for a free shipping label.
If an item is purchased during an event it can still be returned within 30 days. If you are unable to return the item in-person, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return/exchange form to include in your package. All returns can be mailed to Alpha Gam Boutique 8710 N. Meridian St. Indianapolis, IN 46260 and are the responsibility of the customer.
The return and exchange deadline will be extended to 60 days for the holidays for all orders placed from November 1 to December 25.
I need a different size/color/item, but I already placed my order. What should I do?
If the order was placed within the last 24 hours, please call Alpha Gam Boutique at 317.663.4200 or email email@example.com. We may be able to change your order before it is shipped. If it has already shipped, you will receive a shipping label in your order to exchange the item along with a return/exchange form.
